I see Spain beat Russia 3-0. I'm rooting for Spain to beat Germany in the final (hope triumphant over experience, here!). You never know, Spain might win.
For all the Americans scratching their heads and going "huh?", I'm talking about the European cup final, and if you still haven't figured out the sport it's football, but you call it soccer.

That's easily disproven. You see, soccer is short for association football, after the UK governing body, the Football Association. A guy who I went to school with actually works for them. People in the UK do call it soccer as well, but only as slang. Yes I did read the LOL, I know you're kidding, but I bet you didn't know I could actually prove you wrong.
Ok, you're going to have to explain how you go from "Football Association" to "soccer" as a nickname.
