Me next to an arch formation, and I didn't even have to go to the desert. This one is on the beach, at an un-named location off highway 1 that a local told me was called "hidden beach".
Awesome man! These pic's really get a blast from the past going for me.
Cool hair and cool picture. Since you said Highway 1, it is obviously the Atlantic coast. I have seen the Atlantic coast when I went to Boston, over a decade ago and I have been to five of the 13 original colonies so far.

While each of the US states could have a Highway 1, the most "famous" in the US is in California, which is where I'm pretty sure Steve is. Australia's Highway 1 goes around the continent, following the coastline.
Hwy 1 in CA, where I was in the picture, is a CA state route. I grew up on the East Coast though, and just moved out here a little more than a year ago. The other "highway 1" was called "route 1" by us back there. It doesn't have that kind of scenerey, but part of it traverses the Florida keys and is beautiful also, just in a different way. I have had the good fortune to have gone on that route all the way to Key West also. That route is part of the US highway system. Other states with a "hwy 1"? I don't know.
Looking great steve!!!!
one question though, what do you do with your hair when you sleep? Mine is reaching what I call the "Unnecessarily long" length (i will never cut it, dont worry), and Im having trouble with it when I sleep.
peace and thanks

I just sort of let it go to the side, loose. It doesn't bother me. Maybe every once in a while I'll roll over and pull it the wrong way; but not very often. I may have it ingrained enough in my subconscious now that it will never wake me up or anything.
Hi Steve,
What a great picture, of your inspirational hair in this beautiful location. Your state is filled with so many hidden treasures.
Thank you for sharing,
David
Awesome hair and scenery!!! I think regardless has you on the
wrong coast. You are on the Pacific coast. North of SF? How
far?
Steve, Cool photo. Great location and fantastic hair.

Such a wonderful, scenic view with natural beauty, and the rock formation is neat, too. ~grin~
Great Steve; looks like everything going well and having fun out there. Same back east. Looks like a few inches more than last year too if I'm not mistaken.
You're not mistaken. It still seems to be growing. The interesting comparison will be between 7 and 8 years of growth, if I don't trim it before then. AFAIK, most people will max out after 6, so if the length increases between years 7 and 8 then that would confirm that I have an above averag terminal length, and some real decision-making to do. I don't think I want it to reach my ankles. That's just too much.
Excellent!
If 6 is the max then I have 3.5 more years to go--goody!
Hey it's a nice problem to have! But I could see the inconvenience of hair that long also.
Hi Steve,
Hey thats a cool rock formation and just seeing you underneath it just goes to show how large it actually is.I'm sure though its much more impressive being there. Also you mane just looks so fabulous as that is such a great length you achieved to date.It will be interesting to see how much longer it will grow for you should you let it.Hope your weekend out west is going well as its been kind of crummy weatherwise here on the east coast.Lots of humidity, off and on downpours, and a lack of sun:(I'm sure you remember those good old days!LOL.Take care my friend and hope to catch you again on my next west coast visit.

Hey Steve. Your hair looks great as usual and the scenery is really incredible. The California coast looks really beautiful. I was in the San Francisco area once and drove along the coast and really loved it. I hope to get back someday. Once again, awesome hair. I'm getting close to catching up to you on the length, but you've still got me beat by several inches.

Sweet photo! Nothing like a cool location for an update.
