Lifting
Hi Justin,
That is awesome that you can lift 190 pounds, and all that weight lifting is doing the world of wonders! It is wonderful to hear that you have been having so much better health these days.
Of course, that ponytail is to die for!
Take care,
David
Hey David-
Yikes! What a compliment. Thank you. But you know what? I rather like my Ponytail.........except when it gets tangled with a weight! LOL :-)
Justin~
Your hair is absolutely gorgeous, Justin. That is one lovely ponytail.
I am curious. Do you now weigh 190? I see 315 pounds on that barbell. Can you actually lift that much? That is a lot of weight.
Scott
Yeah Scott, guess I will have to (modestly of course) have to agree and I am very happy with it. Thanks for your very kind compliment.
Guess Eric is a bit confused about this. And to be confused can at times be a time to be amused just as long as one stays confused and doesn't become bemused. I now am weighing 176lbs in my "Birthday suit." As for the weight on the barbell? Perhaps the United Weight Co. Inc. of Northern Brazil stamped it wrong? Or perhaps I got the number mixed up. Will check it again tomorrow..........that is if I am even able to move at all in the AM! LOL :-) Wishing you a great evening Scott and hope all is well with you. Take care-
Justin~
I like your ponytail. It looks cute. I wish my hair is long enough for me to put in a complete ponytail. As for the weight, if I weighed 190 pounds with the height I have, I would surely be overweight (in fact, I would be obese if I gained one more pound), and I would like to keep my weight in the healthy range, which I currently am doing.
Regardless
My MySpace - feel free to add me as a friend
Tis rather nice to have a "cute" Ponytail. Thanks.
Just keep letting your hair grow and you will do just fine.
Good idea. Seems to be an error about MY weight however. It is 176lbs currently.
Take care Regardless
Justin~
Oh wow he's the man and lift the weights, well done mate and beats stock pics eh!!!
Cheers,
John.B
Thanks John. But OH.......mee arms tonight. Wonder why they won't even bend at the elbows? And my RH pinky is stuck crossed over my thumb. LOL // As for stock pics, what can I say? More interesting to have a variety of photos, afterall, variety is the spice of life!
Justin~
Hi Justin lookin' great there as you look right at home lifting those weights.Just be sure to not overdo the lifting early on as you will get too sore and will wind up taking several days off for your body to recover.I assume you are starting out with a personal trainer so as to set up a routine thats good for you.Too many times people who start working out for the first time overdo the lifting and end up painfully sore ultimately giving up on the whole idea.If you start out slowly you body will have a better time adjusting to such physical activity.I commend you on what you are doing as it can only be beneficial.Bravo my friend as I'm rooting for you:)Oh yes and the tail looks awesome too!
Mark
Hey Mark
I don't have a personal trainer. Just am taking it slow and easy with the main big purpose of getting the circulation to really move. Best of all for the condition I have. Thanks so much for all of your advice. Much appreciated. Take care Mark and hope you have had a fabulous weekend! :-)
Justin~
yikes that looks heavy, I couldn't do that with my iffy back. Good on you for getting fit and hopefully this will bring a new healthy future for you Justin.
Regards Dave
Hey Dave
Fear ye not. You are not the only who could not do that. I couldn't even, i,i,i mean it must be very difficult to do.
Justin~
Your new name on the board will be Mr. Muscles.
Now lets see you lift that Haystack rock....
Kevin
Haystack Rock? Hmmmmmmm. Think I lifted that last year and carried it out a bit further from shore to make sure people wouldn't try and climb it. LOL :-)
Hey Justin. Looks like you are really getting "pumped up." Remember, the longer the hair gets, the bigger the biceps get (If only that were true). Try not to kick sand into too many guys faces when you go to the beach to show those muscles off. Looks like you will be able to beat me at arm wrestling pretty soon.
Del
Nope. Could never ever beat you Del. And not to worry about the sand. Just got my newest sand Pail at "Goo-Goo's Toy Shop." Made of tin with a Pink Elephant design. And..........it came with a 3 day guarantee! LOL :-)
Justin~
No wonder you're so strong! As with Samson in Greek mythology, with hair as long as your's, you could lift a hundred times 190! Just don't let Delilah pull any of her shenanigans!
