Hey all. I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. About a year ago my hair was maybe an inch longer than it is now, but I shaved it all off when I wasn't thinking clearly.
I'm pretty shy so I didn't post until my hair "felt" long again, but thanks everyone here for glorifying male hair and making me feel good about growing it out.
I'm going for terminal.
Your hair looks good. Your hair appears a touch shorter than mine, but it looks nice. Glad you are growing it out.

Greetings Kam, your hair is off to a good start. The best thing to do right now is just let it grow.
It is great to see another guy here who is growing it to as long as it will get. My hair is at terminal length. (see photo) Mine is exceptionally long, especially for 55 years old.
A disclaimer here: Everyone's hair is different. Some people have hair that will grow just a bit past shoulder length, others have hair that will reach the floor. The average value for terminal length is probably about waist length, unless you are 7 feet tall. (From the photo I determined that you are about 6'0" to 6'1" in height.) Waist length is probably doable.

Looking good, so far, Kam. Just keep it growing, and you'll have some great hair as it gets longer. The color alone is a good enough reason to keep growing. Best of luck! =)

Hi Kam great to have you now a participant of the mlhh:)Its normal for guys to lurk a bit before taking the plunge to finally post.Sorry to hear that for some reason you felt the need to shave off your hair but thankfully you came to your senses and are back on track.From what I can tell looking at your pic you will have fabulous longhair as even now it looks great.So just be patient and don't trim it unnecessarily and you will be amazed how long it will get soon!Take care my friend and do post again.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I haven't had a trim yet and I don't really see the need to, so we'll see how it goes!
