Hi Eric. I never had long hair in school, so I do not know what school experience would be like (and I am sure what you said would not happen in college). I have been growing out my hair for 18 months.
If people pick fights, even minor ones, over your hair, then they are not really friends of yours. Find people that will actually like your hair. Obviously, getting your hair pulled does not just hurt; it can actually damage your folicles and cause premature baldness.
I am also easy to get along with and I have an easier time talking to men with long hair.

All at the same time?? Now that's talent!!!! LOL
Sorry, the joke was there, I had to go for it :)
Seriously, welcome to the board
That's classic. I love it. Sounds like something I'd say. TY for the laugh JSFrodo.
If the jokes there its like an unwritten rule that somebody has to it makes things intresting lol.
Sorry about my grammer i'll try to improve on it
That's got to be the longest sentence I've ever seen. [grin]
The shift key, punctuation marks, and spell checker are your friends. They give your writing power. Do you want your writing to kick ass, or do you want to come off as a wimp? [wink]
Welcome to MLHH,
Bill
I think I may need you to come be a presenter on "the benefits of good grammar and punctuation" to my freshman English students in the fall. HA!
I really like this sentence!
Still an nice opening for sure.
I never did understand English grammar and happy to be dim in that fact and I'm not bothered about where that damm "'" does rofl!
Cheers,

From one Eric to another,
Well we've already met, in fact I was the first person to welcoem you here but I'll say what's up and how you doing all the same. Keep growing!
*welcome*
Sorry for the typo!
Well officially welcome Eric! There is always someone that going to say your hair is too long. Best to be non-confrontational and just smile and walk away. That will generally defuse the situation.
