I stumbled upon this secret quite by accident this morning!
So I went swimming in the Atlantic yesterday like I always do during these summer months. Yesterday though, I did not braid my hair down or tie it back in any way when I went into the ocean. I wanted to feel like a merman with my locks flowing with the waves as I swam. After swimming for about an hour, I gently head back for shore and my dad and I had some more errands to run later in the day, so I was not able to wash the saltwater from my hair. My dad finally drove me home when the errands were completed. But by then I was tired and slept in my bed with my body and hair still covered in saltwater. I woke up that evening, and finally took a shower.
After showering, I went to bed with my hair completely wet. When I woke up this morning, I was going to instinctively reach for my brush until I saw my reflection in my bathroom mirror. My hair became so unbelievably big and full!!!!!!! My roots completely lifted up, I had so much volume! I didn't even brush my hair at all today because it is so full!
So hear are steps to full hair:
1. Swim in an ocean or just any other body of saltwater
2. Leave the saltwater in your hair all day
3. Only wash it off that night
4. Sleep on your wet hair
5. Wake up and ta-da! You have fuller hair!
