Hi all, I haven't been around much lately. I really do wish I can hang out around here more often but things have been hectic over in my side of the world. There have been some great updates lately. Congrats to you all for growing it long :-)
Anyway, I decided to do a small, quick update. I can't remember how long it's been, all that I remember is that it's been 2 years and a couple months.

Thanks for the compliments Rafael. As for the ponytail, nope. I only tie it up to work. I prefer loose hair.
I see.You're lucky for having both long hair and a job,here where I live that isn't possible,as the industries discriminate against us so badly,treating us like leppers.
Fantastic update Chris, and I must say that has to be one of the best tails I have seen. Well done and keep it growing, its definately worth it!!

Hi Chris.Hey no matter how infrequent its always great to hear from you and better yet get a fresh update:)I know that many of us are quite busy so the internet takes a back seat for awhile but as for your hair.....LOOKIN" GREAT! Judging by your earlier photo your hair grows quite quickly as the current ones are very impressive.Whatever you goal length will be your hair looks awesome at any length.Take care my friend Chris and look forward to future updates from you.Cheers!

Hey Kevin! Thanks for the compliments man! Wow, are you ever so kind, I can't believe what I just read! A shirt from the Wacken festival!? No way! That would be awesome! Maybe I can fool a few people and make them think I actually attended Wacken! Anyway, I usually wear x-large when it comes to special events t shirts. The one I had on on this update was an x-large I picked up at Halloween Horror nights last year. I picked it up in x large because with all the washing it's bound to shrink. Hi Chris, that is a super update. You have tremendous hair and that tail is just great. Your hair grows very fast and the curliness doesn't seem to inhibit the apparent length you have gained. Congrats.

It looks like you have virtually the same sort of hair that I do, in terms of texture, thickness, curliness, frizz, length, and even color. I've always been incredibly frustrated with it, so I thought I'd ask...what sort of products do you use? And do you have any general advice on caring for it?

I rarely use products on it. I shampoo/condition it every two days. I never comb it when dry only when wet while untangling. I make sure to use a wide tooth comb. On special occasions, like dinner or a family get together I'll use some leave in conditioner, Infusium 23 to be exact. I do this when I want to avoid the savage, primitive look. Other than that I pretty much let it do its thing and I don't fight it. I enjoy the savage look anyway :-) Oh and one other thing, throw away the scissors. I haven't trimmed mine since I started.

It's awesome to hear from you again. Seems like it's been ages. I have to say that for 2 (and a bit) years your hair is quite long (especially as it's very curly too). Must just be my hair that likes to take its time. Good stuff man, keep it growing!
