Hey dudes, this is my first post.
Cause I live in rural Oklahoma, my hair is longer than anyone else (except for hardcore Native Americans) and my hair isn't even near as long as most of yall on this board. I want to grow it real long, but my mother (I'm 15) won't let me get it past my adam's apple. I'm not sure why, but I think it's because she thinks I won't take care of it and thus it will be messy. Which she has point, I don't know the first thing about taking care of my hair at all. I was wondering if yall could help me. My hair is thick and really frizzy, with a little bit of wavy in it.
Thanks!
Here's one way to start: Go to the www.mlhh.org page and click on the link up at the top that says "Links." It will take you to a page of links to other long hair pages. Click on them in any old order and start reading. Some will seem more useful than others. You may not absorb everything. Don't worry about that. You'll probably remember what's important for you at the point you're at. Go back and look at them again in a couple of months. Tell us of any problems.
