Hi!
I just (well, last week anyway) trimmed my hairs a little after 1.5 years of growing. I think it came out pretty nice =)
Just wanted to share the feeling. Here's few pics =)
All the best

Hi Chopper and welcome to the mlhh:)I have to admit when I first saw your user name I had visions of a mad hairstylist chasing down longhairs trying to give them crew cuts!LOL.Hence the nickname. However now that thats behind us I have to say your hair looks fantastic and in great condition.Usually I would advise not trimming your hair unless it is absolutely necessary but maybe thats the length your want to maintain.Just for the record though what is your goal for hair length. It looks like your hair is capable of way more than you have now.Anyway I'm glad to see you here and I hope this board provides an inspiration for you.Take care my friend and have a great weekend.

Hi!
Oh yeah the nick, actually I never thought of the nickname that way (english is not my native language), I took the nick out of one anime-serie's charaster, LOL, maby I have to change it.
I've posted before tho, with same nick, hihii, but thanks anyway for the welcoming.
My goal lenght is (depending on my terminal-lenght) over mid-back, hope i get it that long :D
-Chopper- (nick to be changed :D)
Hi Chopper. No I was just joking as that sounds like a cool name to me.I figured you had some other reason for choosing it.But most important is your awesome hair and your goal sound obtainable.Just remember you will get there faster by not trimming your hair:)Just a friendly reminder from good ole Hairball!LOL. Take care my friend.

No need to change; you could see it as an ironic (nick)name, haha.
By the way, very nice man. Have you an elf among your ancestor ?
Bye
Vivien
Heh, good, i guess i'll keep this nick then :D
Thanks, I like my hairs too :P and for the Elf part, yes, tho long time ago, greatgreatgreatgrandfather married an elf. I used to have white hairs (really, no joke) but i guess the human part of me kicked in when i turned 20, and my hairs gotten little darker now.
I like this part. Cool that you have elf-blood!!! ;-) I didn't realize elves used to inhabit the Kalevala heath too.

Now THAT is the way to do a trim and it looks sensational! And your long hair is super spectacular.
It should be a long time before another needs to be done, but when the ends become as wispy as a spiders web strand and are cause for much tangles and knots at the ends, by just removing these only and making the ends blunt again will assure LESS DAMAGE in the long run as well as longer healthy and strong long length hair.
Good job!
Hi Chopper,
Welcome to the hyperboard, and your trim went very well indeed! Your hair is in excellent condition, and is filled with shine.
Keep it growing,
David
Yes, it came out really nice, indeed.
Congratulations for your nice hair!
Btw. what's your native language?
