I am hoping some techno can help me with a problem that has popped up with Google Earth. For some reason, little cameras and pictures have overlaid the areas I am looking at...when I zoom in the pictures just get in the way of the area I am trying to view...is there some way or "option" to get rid of these pesky overlays? I hope your weekend is going well and I look forward to hearing from you.
Of course, there is. You should disable the layer named "Geographic Web" on the Layers panel.
Thanks, Vladimir: Now if you could just direct me to find the "Layers Panel" so I can disable "Geographic Web"...I am so technically challenged!
If you haven't changed it, there'll be a sidebar to the left of the map. The lowest panel on the sidebar will be labeled "Layers". It will show different overlays for the map which can be enabled and disabled - such as roads, state borders... One of them will be "Geographic Web" - it contains, among other things, the photos and videos.
If you have any other questions such as this, I think you should write me an email.
