One quick statement and one question: Ever since I've started growing my hair, even when it wasn't long, I've began prefering girls with shorter hair. Also, does head hair grow at the same pace as facial hair?

to your question: i wish! i would have such a long beard by now, but it is only five inches at longest. (my head hair is around 15 inches) of course maybe it is just me. my beard is not very thick yet, so maybe that is also why it grows so slowly.

I've noticed something like that, preferring girls with shorter hair, maybe because it is not so common on girls as it is on men, but i still love girls with long hair
