Hi,
I feel very awful at the moment. Damnit...
Heat outside gets on my nerves and very much other things, too.
My hair sucks at the moment cause it clips together all the time and tangles like shit caused by the heat. I'll think of washing two times a week. Maybe... but next time will be on thursday. :(
I'm near to midback length now and look, that's an actual pic.

It's just the heat mate and it will get better as it gets cooler that's for sure. You have a great head of hair and would not worry about it once the cooler weather comes.

If this helps to make you feel any better, we just had 3 days of hell for a heat wave with 115 degree temperatures. It was effecting just about everybody ............even those in Air Conditioning all day at their jobs. No energy, clouded thought processes,just not being "with it."
And now that the heat has past all is normal again. Let us know how you are doing once the heat speel breaks in your area. Helps alot to get in a cold shower and cool the blood down.

I actually thrive in high temperatures. I enjoyed the 90 degree days for a few days in Seattle. In fact, I wished it was hotter than that. I also sometimes wish the summer is endless. I cannot handle freezing temperatures.

I didn't realize it got hot enough to "cause shit" in Germany, but now I suppose it does maybe.
At any rate, melancholia is not always a bad thing; they used to say it was from an imbalance among the four humors, an overabundance of black bile. This was a popular theory back in the early modern period, whole books and volumes devoted just to this. The theme of the "melancholic lover" was all through art, Durer, Donne, etc.
I bet when the winter hits, your hair will look better. I know one of the best hair days I ever had was when my hair froze one morning while wet when it was 7 F.

Anytime I feel the summer heat may be getting me down I think of those bitter cold days of last winter and how miserable it felt being that cold and my hands going numb.Right there I say bring on the heat!LOL.I'll take that over cold any day but in a perfect world it would be 70 degrees, Fahrenheit that is,and 50 % relative humidity with a nice gentle breeze blowing but not too much to disturb the mane:)Smile Dusk as your hair is fantastic!

Good update Dusk, your hair appears to be surviving the heat so cheer up! If I remember correctly, you're a skier, so hey, winter is just around the corner! (I'll try to avoid thinking of that though)

More bad than good, but thanks :( I'm everything else than a skier.
But the weather here in Germany is so disappointing.
Same weather here in Switzerland... It affects my mood also.
