to each and everyone of you guys to my birthday thread which I see has slipped already far below. Just to let you all know that I appreciated your ever so kind compliments and wishes more than you will ever realize and that I am responding to each and every one of you. Would have done so sooner but was away all day yesterday at the coast.
Wishing you all a wonderful Labor Day Weekend.
Justin~

Gorgeous photo and how I remember how the coastline looked in
my several trips to nearly that area of CA. back in the late 90's. (NOT 1890's....1990's.) LOL :-)
(Probably taken about 30 miles north of Davenport?)
Nope. It's deep in the heart of Big Sur. I don't recall exactly, but I believe it was well south of the town of Big Sur proper.
Bixby Bridge...
It's not Bixby Bridge as I thought it was. It's Big Creek Bridge. Here's a link to an aerial pic of it.

Big Creek Bridge in Big Sur CA
Ah yes the "official" end of summor!
Well, that's what many people think of it as here as the people that work have had their vacations. The REAL official date is something like Sept. 21st however. Too bad the working class cannot have an extension as they are worked too hard and taxed out of their minds!
Guys, Actually, the 23rd of September marks the Autumnal Equinox! (A couple of extra days for y'all). The second harvest and the festival of Mabon. Enjoy the rest of Summer!
peace, jonalbear
Oh yes of course how we can forget Autumnal equinox (equinox equinox!) as that does have a governing influence in MI! I'm sure we'll get an update of Autumn pics now!
Cheers,

Justin,
1948? ... I never would think that ... you look great, and proof that longhair does NOT make one look older.
Stay happy and healthy!
Karsten
I couldn't but agree more Karsten. When I fell for that wretched Buzz-Cut 6 years ago, when it was done I DID look as if I was at LEAST 65! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
