Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if it is safe to leave regular conditioner in my hair to help with frizziness. Unless I put my hair in a ponytail, it will get somewhat frizzy and I want to fix that.
Is the conditioner fine to use or should I use another product? I've heard of John Frieda Frizz Ease. Can anyone recommend something to help?
Cheers,
Peter
I personally like garnier fructis oil repair,as it repairs dry hair, avoids frizz and makes your hair stronger and smoothier.I guess you could try that out.Peace.
My girlfriend puts a dap of her regular conditioner in her hair before she goes to bed (after its somewhat dry) every night. She uses what conditioner she happens to be using at the moment and she has EXTREMELY curly hair......its fantastic.
keep us in your hurricaine thoughts (baton rouge, louisiana)

I use regular conditioner all the time to combat frizz. I put some on my hair dry to smooth things down; I've never had a problem with it -- on the contrary, when I next go to wash it, there are fewer tangles and snags, etc. There are other products such as frizz-ease, but just some regular conditioner works as well as any of them for me.
Thanks for the replies guys. I just wanted to make sure it was safe to leave conditioner in my hair when it's not specified as a "leave-in".
Cheers,
Peter
Hi Peter,
I've used John Freida in the past - it's ok. I now use Garnier Fructis Sleak and Shine Leave-in Conditioning Cream for "FRIZZY, DRY, UNMANAGEABLE HAIR" It works well and it doesn't leave a residue.
