what conditioner do i use
It depends on what hair type you have, if you put junk in your hair such as gel, and how much you want to spend on a bottle of said conditioner. Just pick something out and see if it works for you.
I agree with Hegg, but here's what I've used. Any type of shampoo that's onsale, then I use a clarifier once a week, however every day after shampooing I use either Pantene Classic Care conditioner or Mane and Tail conditioner. Can't go wrong with either, IMO.

Well it depends on your hair type. A few I'd recommend, I had very long hair for many years, and am generally obsessed with my mane regardless of its length:
For fine dry hair: Aussie Three Minute Miracle
For Thick Dry hair: Redken all soft (it's a little expensive but it'll last you forever)
For Dry hair as a special treatment: Vo5 hot oil treatment or queen helene hot oil treatment with placenta (it's cruelty free though, don't worry), healthy sexy hair Soy Salvatiion
For oily hair: Aussie three minute miracle, nexxus humectress
For frizzy hair: Redken all soft
