Yeah this is my first thread , I've been reading alot of the posts and now I really want to join the hyperboard and grow my hair again. I grew it out once and I want to do it again this time longer than the two years i did the initial time. BTW im the one in the middle, the longhair to the left is my cousin

Welcome and so glad you found this wonderful board.
You are off to a good start already in case you didn't know with this 1st posting. Many guys at 1st are beginning to grow from a Buzz Cut. But, be that as it may, growing out ones hair is not really all that hard. A good rule of thumb would be NOT to get a haircut, trim or try to even anything up for several years. The growing-out process will go much faster if left untouched.
Again welcome and glad you found us.
Plus, if cousin is any indication, you will have as nice a head of long hair as his. Basically, Justin is right, it's easier when you are not starting grom a buzz cut, you already have a head start (pun intended) ;-) Stay away from scissors and you will be rivalling your cousin in no time (Provided he doesn't cut his hair).
Actually, it looks as if his cousins length WILL be matched in about 18 months. :-) (Perhaps less depending on the growth rate.) Yes, 18 months seems so long, but then when one gets there and looks back it doesn't seem all that long afterall.

I'm assuming that's your dad or uncle.
