Following a recommendation from shawn i attempted the idea of sleeping with an every day conditioner in my hair. I wet my hair and applied a lot of inexpensive conditioner ( Garnier Fructis for dry hair) and then i covered my hair with a plastic bag and used a hair tie to make a 'plastic ponytail' with the excess which i then cut off. I must admit that i did wake up twice during the night and had to make some minor adjustments, but i feel this is due to my hair length and someone with longer hair may fair better. In the morning my hair was still damp and i washed and conditioned as normal. My hair appears shinier and a little softer. I use conditioner almost every day on my hair and so did not expect a huge difference, however considering these factors i shall do these treatment maybe once a month though i will probably try and get hold of some coconut oil and use this rather than conditioner.

LOL, it is and joking aside i did worry as it was a fairly mammoth bag i used but the hair tie and cutting of the excess formed almost a cap which could be pulled tight so if it did come of not a problem really
all good then :) and that gives me an idea - why not just use a shower cap instead?

Gee, can't you do better than sleeping with a plastic bag and conditioner? I mean, I was accused once of being a "hortisexual" when I took a fragrant rose to bed with me once: can't you at least sleep with a living plant, instead of just a plastic bag??

Lol unfortunatly not, travelling for 9 months of the year leaves finding tolerant girlfriends at 23 a bit challenging have to settle for what i can get wherever i am. Believe me if you saw my plastic bag hat 99% of women would run a mile and the other 1% probably have some bag fetish that's not quite me :)
