Greetings fellow longhairs! Here's another update at 29 months. I think with another 3 or 4 inches (maybe 6-8 months) I should be mid-back...pretty close to my original goal. And I could not have done it without you fine folk. I took my hat off to you all for this pic! (and my shirt too it appears...) Thanks for all of your motivation.

What an outstanding update, and your hair looks awesome these days. You are blessed with fast growing hair, which is definitely a good thing, and you should have no problem growing it a lot longer if you wish to do so. Straight hair is definitely the easiest to grow super long.

Hey AB, thanks alot. Well, no...nobody is getting near me to have to beat them off with a stick...must be the combination of a short guy with long hair, the ladies especially don't like it and neither do the gay guys. At this point, I wouldn't mind beating anyone off with a stick!!! LOL

Hi Hegg! Thanks for the compliments...yeah I try to be carefull with grooming and combing/burshing, etc. because my hair is very fragile and tangles and snarls very easily

Yeah, I shaved the full beard off because it was getting very unruly and bushy...I may have to start it again soon.

Your hair is gorgeous, Max. You are getting good length now. When you reach your mid back goal, you may find that you will wnat to grow it even longer. I happened to me. My original goal was low back to waist length. Once I reached that, I just let it grow out to full length. It reaches the top of my knees now. I am very glad to read that MLHH has been helpful to you in reaching your long hair goals. That is what we are here for.

Hi Scott, thanks so much for your good words. Yes, this site was the main reason I kept with it. I'm hoping perhaps for lower-back length, but I need to reach my first goas which should be in about 6 or 8 months. Hope you are doing well these days. I presume your shedding issue resolved itself?

Yes, my shedding has resolved itself, Max. I was worried for awhile there.

Glad to hear that Scott, I know I had an issue early in the year and it lasted through most of spring and now my shedding during the summer months is very low...only about 20 or so per day on average. I'm sure that it will increase again next spring...but at least I'll be prepared for it. Be well Scott!
