There may have already been a thread about this, so if I'm re-treading old ground, I apologize. I have broken my humerus and recovering from a dislocated shoulder (don't ask!) and so I'm not as able to apply conditioner as well I might due to having my left arm in a sling. Can anyone recommend me a good (and preferably cheap!) leave in conditioner?
Thanks :)
Steve B
Hi Steve and I am very sorry to hear about the problems you have been having. Just awful.
As to the leave-in-conditioners, I have found what works the best of all for myself and only requires conditioner at the time of washing. What I do is put a ton of conditioner in my hair and let it remain there for 5-10 minutes. Then, when it comes time to wash it out I let a slight amount of it to remain in the hair. This seems almost to be like a "leave in conditioner" all the time and nothing else is needed. Perhaps this might work for you? Alot of this hair stuff has to be tailored to the individual and it can take years to find the path that works best for oneself.
Best of luck to you.

They do make spray on conditioners good for one armed people. I don't know how good they are though but just a thought.
Oh and I'll ask! How did you dislocate your shoulder and what's this about a sling?
Kevin
Out hunting again!
Alas, I wish it was so exotic! I was running to catch the postie, tripped and fell, ending up spending most of the day in the emergency room and a trip to the operating theatre to put my shoulder back into place, along with checking out the fracture to the top of my (not so) humerus.
Ouch. Ouch. Ouch.

Sorry to hear that. Too bad I wasn't around I could have put your shoulder back in for you.....and it wouldn't hurt a bit.

hope your better soon and enjoy the pain pills.
