Hello, well here is a picture of me, I've been growing for
about 14 months, with a few trims.
I am being forced to cut my hair in order to get a job, to later get my license, sure I could wait to get the job, but my parents are forcing me to do so; so I figure this style (left one) doesn't look so bad, I mean, I'd have to straighten it, maybe thin it alittle.

I'm one who believes in not cutting my hair for anyone. I had an interview with a great company. Thye liked me and my experience and education. They asked if I'd cut my hair. I told them the length of my hair would not impact the job I do, that my skills don't get better, my education won't get higher, and my performance can't increase by cutting my hair. I was hired - no haircut required.
Now all of a sudden every guy in the place is trying to grow out his hair!
