Have you considered the "Japanese treatment"? It's a combination of thermal and chemical straightening. Massively expensive, but it might be worth it. (I know lots of people here look askance at that sort of thing, and I don't blame them, but even though my hair gained most of its curl back within a few weeks of doing it, I'm not fighting my hair anymore--at least not nearly as much as I used to.)
Actually,I just do a treatment that gives more natural oil to your hair and tames it down every 2 or 3 months,and I'm most likely ironing the ends of my hair in November(here in Brazil hair treatments are much cheaper than in the U.S),though I'm not sure it will enhance my look,but it's really just to save time having to spend hours in front of the mirror fixing the tangle mess in the back.Thanks for the tips though =).
