Hey Everyone!
I've posted a ton of new pics on my site from our trip across Europe. Long story short, Austin and I traveled to Amsterdam, Lisbon, and Dusseldorf. While in Amsterdam, we got to meet Vincent, who is an awesome guy! =D
Anyways, check out my site to see everything, as there are just too many photos to post here. As always, comments and questions are welcomed. Thanks for looking!

You guys and Vincent look great! And it looks like you are all having a blast. Oh... and the scenery isn't so bad either. Enjoy your adventure and thanks for the awesomwe pic sharing. My favorite was you guys standing amongst those life-size statues of the military guys from the Amsterdam pics, you shared something in common with them, all have long hair!
Thanks, Carol. We only got to spend about eight hours in Amsterdam before having to catch the flight down to Lisbon, so it was definitely a treat to have Vincent along. Stay well, and again, thank you for the compliments. =)
-James
Hey Guys I checked out your most recent pics and they look great:)Man do you like to travel as you've seen more places in the last year or so than I've seen in a lifetime. At least on foreign soil. Both of you look great with your longish hair and I'm sure the natives in the places you visited were impressed. Thanks for the update on what you've been up to lately as I'll be looking forward to the November pics.Take care guys.
Mark
Hey, thanks, Mark. This is by far the biggest trip I've ever been on. Never hit so many countries in such a short amount of time, LOL. Anyways, thanks for the compliments. Take care! =)
-James
It was great meeting the two of you, I had a great time.
The statues with the long hair, are the Nightwatch from Rembrandt van Rijn. It's a cool picture indeed.
Nightwatch
Thanks, that's one of my favorite paintings. The Dutch masters always captured a very realistic sense of things in their landscapes as well.
It was awesome to meet you, too, Vincent! I was trying to remember what those were called. Thanks!
Anyways, thank you very much for showing us around. We both had a great time. Stay well, and keep in touch. =)
-James
Very cool photos guys, that's awesome that you got to meet Vincent, I always forget that he's from the Netherlands and not USA. Hair looks fantastic on everyone.
-Phil
Thank you, Phil, for the compliments! Keep your hair growing! =)
-James
What an amazing set of photos! I am so envious of you guys, being the world travelers that you are! ;-) If it weren't so darn expensive, I'd go abroad a lot more. The waterfront fortress in Lisbon is so cool looking! I love to go in places like that. You guys' hair looks great too, all three of you. I've always wanted to visit the Netherlands, during tulip time.
I like the way you made the thumbnails on your website in black and white too.
Since I enjoyed your pictures so much, I'll post a link to the pictures I put up from my big journey this past summer. I'm not in any of them since I took them, but some awesome scenery nonetheless. I think you guys would like Italy too. Maybe on your next trip...

Thanks, Matt! Even in autumn, Amsterdam was quite pretty. However, Austin and I were joking that the Dutch countryside looked quite similar to Nebraska. =D
Anyways, thanks for the compliments. I hope things are going well for you. I'll have to check out your website sometime soon, as I'm about to head to class. Take care! =)
-James
Nice pics guys!
How do you both afford with all these high air fare prices and of course the tax on top?
Cheers,
John.B
Not to mention that the dollar/euro or dollar/pound exchange rate is absolutely abysmal.
We have our ways... ;) Thanks for the compliments, John. Hope all is well with you. =)
-James
Yes all is well with me and you must getting a good exchange rate from the dollar to the Euro. I know that the pound to the euro is not so hot.
Still better to come over before you start the work thing, than when retired and sit on the dribble express bus tour of Europe!
Cheers,
John.B
Hi Austin and James,
What a fabulous set of photos, and I cannot get over how well travelled the two of you guys are. It was certainly cool to meet Vincent as well.
I have never been overseas myself, although my Mom was born in Scotland. Hopefully, that might change in the future.
Take care,
David
I thought for a while that we wouldn't be seeing much of you, James, after whatever went on a few months ago, and by proxy, Austin. Good to see you're both still doing well.
Are you growing your hair back after that cut, James, or are you still keeping it around shoulder? Austin, your hair looks good, looks longer than the last update you posted...or at least, the last one i can remember. My memory sucks.
Ayway, good hearing from the pair of you.
Hey, thanks a lot, Paul. Yeah, my presence around here has been quite diminished lately, but most of that is due to classes and work. For now, I am growing it all back out, though I have no clue what my end length will be. It all depends on what I do after graduation next spring.
Anyways, stay well, and keep your awesome curls growing. Take care. =)

Austin and James;
Great photos, great hair !
Thanks for sharing some of your adventures !!
I am fortunate to have traveled quite a bit. The experience opens one's mind and provides an education on so many levels that you can never obtain in a classroom.
You are lucky fellows to have the opportunities to see so many places.
Walter
Thank you very much, Walter! It certainly is a learning experience, as you get a first-hand look at how the real world operates. There are certain things you can't learn from a textbook. Stay well! =)
-James
Splendid set of photos and boy, do I EVER love the pictures you took. Glad you two had such a trip. One of the greatests educations of all...........and no school involved! The long hair is looking great!
But, I'll grade the photos:
A+
(Professor Justin passes all.)
Thank you very much, Justin! Indeed, travel is the best form of education. Hope all is well with you. =)
-James
Great pics guys! Thanks for posting them.
Thanks, Jason. Appreciate it! =)
-James
Hi Austin and James,
Since you appeared to have missed my reply, I will repeat my post here, since my earlier one was "buried" by the other ones.
What a fabulous set of photos, and I cannot get over how well travelled the two of you guys are. It was certainly cool to meet Vincent as well.
I have never been overseas myself, although my Mom was born in Scotland. Hopefully, that might change in the future.
Take care,
David
Sorry about that, David! I was reading through, and sometimes that cascading effect with the posts will trick my eyes. Anyways, thank you for your compliments. I've never been to Scotland, but I'd love to visit at some point. Most of my ancestors were Swedish, German, and Scottish.
Well, stay well, and I hope everything's ok with you! =D
-James
Hi again, James,
Mo problems at all! Thank you for asking about me, and they are going very well, although my special someone is facing surgery in the near future, so quite a bit is on my mind these days. I plan another visit with her in December to keep her company while she is recovering.
Take care,
David
Wow,James,I don't think I've ever seen your hair in such good shape, and it suits you so well!Austin's hair is looking great too, though some added years will enhance it's look greatly.Peaceup guys, cya round =).
Hehe, thanks, Rafael! I think part of it has to do with the European water. ;)
We had a great time. Keep your awesome hair growing, my friend, and stay well. =)
-James
All the photos looks great, guys. It sure seems you two had a good time. Both manes look super healthy and compliment each other nicely. Thanks for sharing!
Cheerz,
Hegg
Thanks for the compliments, Hegg! =D We had an awesome time. Hope you are doing well. Keep your nice hair growing, and see you around the board. =)
-James
Impressive as always

-James
Hey Guys, really enjoyed looking at your vacation pics...well done. Thanks for sharing...you are both looking very well.
Cheers,
Max
Thanks a bunch, Max. We both appreciate it! Stay well. =)
-James
Hi you guys. Yes, I have seen your photos, and they are interesting to look at. I am sure you guys had fun, and I read that you saw Vincent as well. By the way, how long were you guys in Europe? As for me, I dream of visiting Thailand, Norway, UK, Ecuador and maybe Japan during my life.
Regardless
It was a ton of fun. We were there for about a week, which gave us sufficient time in both Lisbon and Dusseldorf. As for going to where you want to visit, do it while you're young. ;) Take care, man.
-James
WOW! a trip around Europe I'm thrilled for you two as I always say people should try and travel at least a little in their life.
It's great that you got to meet up with Vincent and I agree he's a great guy, one reason we wanted him as a MOD.
Hey did you guys meet up with Joao David in Lisbo??
Love the pics thanks for the post.
Kevin
Thanks for the comments, Kevin. We both had a great time, and it is true that everyone should travel somewhat in their lives. No, we didn't get to see anyone besides Vincent, but that's ok. =)
Keep it growing, and stay well.
-James
Awesome vacation pics, you guys! I really like the black and white look, and you both are still sporting excellent manes.
Here's to more traveling!
Mouse
Thanks a bunch, Mouse. I'll definitely be doing more traveling in the upcoming months, though much of it won't be for leisure, unfortunately. Ah well...
Stay well, and keep your hair growing! =)
-James
Hello Austin and James.
There are some great pictures in that collection. Amsterdam seems like a great place. I would love to go at some point. By the way I like your website James, it's very well layed out and definatley an excellent album to look back on. : )
Take care
Neil
Hey, thanks, Neil! Glad to see you around the board. Amsterdam was a very interesting place... We enjoyed it very much, especially with Vincent showing us around. Hope you are doing well. Thanks for the compliments on the site, too. Stay in touch, and keep your awesome curls growing! =D
-James
Wow, a great collection. You both look good on these pics. I hope you did like what you have seen of Germany.
You are really travelling experts, arent you?
I would like to travel more, too, but to be honest, I cant afford it.
May I ask how you can afford all these traveling as students? Have you won lots of money in a lottery? ;-)
Well, whatever, hope you continue enjoying your travels.
best regards from germany
L.
Thanks, Leto. We have our ways of paying for such travel... but that's a secret for another day. I very much was pleased with Germany. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful. I hope all is well with you. Keep the hair growing. =)
-James
Looking good guys. It looks like you had a great time on your vacation. It is great that you got to meet Vincent too.
Scott
Thank you very much, Scott. We did indeed have a wonderful time. Lots of great memories to remember for years to come. Hope you're doing well. =)
-James

Thanks a lot, Dave. Plenty of great food and great people, for sure! Hope all is well with you... =)
