Hey guys, I used to be an extremely frequent poster here but have had to take a back seat due to graduate school being as time consuming as it is (who knew the subject matter woud get harder as time marches on?!!!)
I just wanted to let anyone who lives in any climate hotter and more humid then Louisiana that the cooler weather is finally here. Today my hair seems especially long because the humidity is gone, thus allowing my hair to lie a bit straighter then usual!!!!
To all of you new guys, Welcome and remember, its the journey not the destination!!
peace

i've never been to Louisiana, so i dont know how hot/humid it gets there, but here in Florida the cooler weather is coming as well! Thankfully, it finally got down to the 50s here in the morning, and it looks like its going to stay low for a while. i'm only two months into growing my hair, so i haven't noticed a significant difference in frizz, but the cool weather is def welcome! i might add that u have a cool mane as well!
Well it's been snowing here in Reading! Good luck with you studies and it's been a few decades since I was last studying!
Cheers,

Not fair! Snow in Reading and Banbury and what did we have halfway between the two? Freezing rain! First time I've ever had to crack open the car! It looked great though, cos the roof and bonnet (or hood to our transatlantic cousins) looked like they were covered in Hershey kisses made of ice.
I don't know which is worse for the hair though, hot and humid or cold and dry. I prefer something in between, but then who doesn't?
That cool Clayton as this is only a hobby for some and you need to tend to your school work. There is plenty of time to stop back and be a regular again.
Well that's the problem with humidity as it wreaks havoc with long straight hair.I've noticed too as the weather cooled and air got drier that my hair is much easier to deal with.
Well no argument that getting there is great but arriving is very fulfilling too:)
