Hi guys and gals,
I have been a busy fellow over the last few weeks, things are definatley starting to look up. Today, my doctor, (who, I have to say, is great) signed me off my cognitive therapy, now all I have to do is look after myself and finish my course of meds. And if I have any problems, let her know. I am a very happy guy right at the moment. I've got some rebuilding to do, but I am definatley getting there now and am much more confident. I'd like to thank all you lot who listened to my whining and tails of woe. I will try to bring some fun to the board from now on....
