Just wanted to add to my previous post: What I especially have noticed and appreciated here in Paris is how wonderful the older men look with long hair. France, like much of Europe, puts a lot less emphasis on youth. That isn't to say that youth isn't appreciated (all you young guys enjoy yourselves while you can!)
But you see a lot more older women and men in advertisements, for example. Therefore, it seems like all the older men who "wear" their long hair do it with confidence and pride. There is also a real beauty to how long hair compliments an older man's wrinkles and "character" lines.
Being a lurker on mlhh is so gratifying, especially because I see so much inner beauty and happiness shining thru on the photos of all those who post - both the young and the "mature"! I'm enjoying the hair growth journey and will eventually post some photos. Meanwhile, thanks to all of you!

Whenever you're ready to share pictures and join the directory you're welcome. Everyone starts with short hair and 15 months is already a long time.
Don't feel offended but I do wanna point out a rule we have here. That is sticking with the same screenname. We have this rule so we always know who is posting here. If everyone changed nicknames all the times it would be a mess over here, and you can't reconize everyone.
