hey everyone
So for hallowe'en I dressed up as a punkish rocker lol not quite sure what the costume was but I put my hair up into a 'frohawk' (mohawk with an afro instead of spikes). I think it came pretty good! I spent over an hour and a half to get my hair to stay how I wanted it.
Enjoy :P

What do you all think? lol
Ignore the make up and stuff, I don't normally look like that, just for Hallowe'en :P
By the way, Hallowe'en was also the same day of my 16th month update, but I'm not going to post pics until my 18th month update (New Year's Eve) so that there is a difference in hair growth between one update and the other! lol
Cheers
Shawn
P.S: How do I get an avatar and such here? I've been posting for like 10 months and still have no idea! lol.. thanks..
That's freaking awesome. xD I used to tell my friends that I'd have 'liberty curls' some day, but that's proably cooler and more likely to be easier. xD

Wow that's a very unique looks, it's cool to have fun with your hair once in a while.
Wow,your frohawk is looking awesome indeed,Shawn, love the color and how you pulled the sides back. The dark eyeliner(not sure if that's how it is called)is really cool too,and gives you somewhat of a goth look, and since I'm into some goth stuff I have to agree it goes really well with your look. The beard is a great addition too!Cheers!=)
I'm amazed it stayed the way you wanted it. What did you use to accomplish that?
Kevin
Well I filled my hair with hairpins and removed them 4 times over so that it finally stayed! I had to roughly blow dry my hair twice to get it to dry (when it was even slightly damp it kept flopping over everywhere) then I attacked the sides with goops of aloe vera gel.. and after I put in the 20 or so hair pins I put a LOT of hairspray (V05) over the style, over and over again. My hair was stiff lol. I did that because outside that night it was really windy!! So I had to get the hair to stay somehow!!
