Hey guys,
This is my 4th month(!) of growing from about an inch. The shed strands that i've measured so far are about 3 in. avg of visible length, and 3.5 when stretched. i use a bit of leave in conditioner (controls the frizz), and my hair is a little fried after cooking some Spanish food for a school project!
A pic of the top of my head... the flash reflectd off it.
Pic showing length. It reaches to the tip of my nose when stretched.
Hi Syclonus,
Not bad for just starters and you have great hair colour and texture.I can see a fantastic mane in your future my friend if you just leave it alone and let it GROW!Any goals in mind yet or are you just going to wing it?Thanks for posting your very cool pics.Cheers
Mark
Hello Mark,
Well, my current goal is around midback, but if i decide i want it a little longer i might go for classic length. And if i still have hair when im retired, i'll just let it go and see how far i get!
Hey I like your foresight into the future my friend as you are even thinking about when you are retired!LOL.Hey same for me as when I retire I'd like my hair to the floor:)
Mark
It's a good start! Be patient, ignore anyone who tells you to cut it, not even a trim.
Good luck,
Paul
Thanks Paul! i really like your mane btw, you have a really nice red color, and the waves in it look pretty cool.
Your hair is really cool!
Keep updating; Id love to see progress pictures.
Keep it growing
Thanks Esoterik! I am actually keeping a folder on my computer that has pictures of me from every month, and i might make a comparison chart sometime. I don't plan on cutting (or trimming) for a while.
Great progress, you've got a nice wave pattern it will be interesting to see how it turns out.
Thanks Vincent! i'm hoping for mid back in 2 years or so (ofc, that depends on how tall i am in 2 years lol). I think the waves make it look cooler than just straight hair, but def take longer to grow!
Welcome aboard Syclonus!
Best of luck with you hair growing journey!
- Oren
Thanks Oren!
Hey there Syclonus, good progress, stay away from the scissor temptations and enjoy the journey, before you know it, it will be a year long and then the fun really starts.
Cheers Dave
Yeah lol, just waiting it out right now.
