    I do.

    I wash my hair, rinse thoroughly. Then I put in a conditioner and rinse. Then I put in more conditioner, get out of the shower and leave it in for 30 minutes, then rinse it out.

    After that I use leave in moisturizers and conditioners.

    So...yes!
