I chopped my long hair off a few days ago, and now I am growing it out again to where it was before, this time without mistakes and the wealth of knowledge i learned along the way. 2 years tops now that I can grow it out express style. Sorry I left you guys but I'm back now.
Welcome back, St. Camilus! And just remember: your hair is most definitely growing back, --- even as I type this reply!! That's one of the amazing things about hair: it's ability to renew and constantly grow, regardless of whatever has happened in the past.

It's a shame you cut it off. Your hair was my ideal hair goal since we're the same texture. Now I'll be your hair goal; I'm about a year ahead of you :-P
I'd like to see progress pics as you grow it back. I want to see if the awkward stage is as similar to mine as I had to endure. Gaah.
Good luck growing it out again. It's curly hair; it needs a LOTTTTT of patience!!

I doubt it, my hair never 'froed' it just got really thick but it never grew up.
