I have been using J/A/S/O/N aloe vera shampoo for awhile since I started over (a little over 3 months growth again) but am wondering how hair handles changing products? Is it okay to switch between different brands frequently? I ask because I also use Garnier Fructis (sp?) when at my girlfriends apartment. However, if it's not great on the hair to switch products so frequently I'll stick to just one.
I've found it doesn't bother the hair to change products in fact it may be good to switch up once in a while.

I change produts almost nightly and I have yet to see any negative results. When at my g/f's house I use what she has, then when Im back at home I use what I have....which changes every time I run the the store.
