Hey Rafael if you have alcohol problems think about this: all
you really end up with in the end is a lot of headaches and
puking. Which can be more of a problem as your hair gets longer
because its no fun and kind of a turnoff to other people when
you go around with puke dripping out of your hair. ;-)

And with the alcohol, it's good to hear you recognize it as a problem. I've got several friends who don't even think they have an addiction or a problem when they do. Accepting that it's a problem means you're getting somewhere! Not much I can say about the girls though...

Hey,your hair looks awesome in this pic but it looks like your Sharpie has run a muck!LOL.In spite of that at least we can still see your fantastic hair:)Sorry to hear that you are having issues with alcohol as you certainly want to take care of that early before it gets out of hand.As for the dryness problem did you try using any moisturizing shampoos and conditioners.Also a little jojoba oil for the ends can certainly help.Anyway nice pics my friend and do take care of yourself as we do care:)Cheers

You're really making excellent progress, Rafael. In regards to the alcohol, moderation is always key. There were a few times I went overboard, and all I got was a wonderful spinning headache and a day in bed. As for the girls... well... have fun. LOL

Hey, Rafael. Yeah, we've missed your posts. As someone who has had years of drug and alcohol related problems (until I quit on 1/1/2001), I can understand. If you are the one with alcohol problems, you might consider AA. There is nothing to be ashamed of. As for girls, you can't live with 'em, and you can't live without 'em. Just about every man throughout history has had "girl problems."
Keep that hair growin' and flowin'. (Yes, you may use my line.) May you have a wonderful 2009. Just be careful New Years Eve.
