Well I tried breaking into the community quite a while ago, but slipped into inactivity right afterwards. Anyways onto my question.
Lately i've had people asking me how long my hair actually is, as opposed to the "wow your hairs long" generic comment. But the thing is I don't know where I actually take the measurement. Is it at the base of the skull, at the top, or somewhere in between? Any help would be really appreciated. I'll be sure to post a picture soon, when the batteries for my camera are finshed recharging.
In my opinion you just measure the front as that is the most prominent and the part that people see the most I guess. But that is just my opinion.
Personally, I do this because I have not reached ponytail length yet and that is the part that matters most.
Hey Kane,
According to the Long Hair Community this is how you measure it;
"The length of your hair when you first started growing. Measured from your front hairline, over your head and down your back."
But I think most guys measure it from the top back of their heads where it parts naturally.
