Watch this seat belt campaign clip with a long haired guy (at 0:20)!

Too bad he's the one who gets injured.
Hegg the Norsk pointed out:
"Too bad he's the one who gets injured."
Yeah, that seems to be a theme in modern TV: Long-haired dude = villain, fool, or fall guy. In the immortal word of Charles Schulz: Bleah!

A longhair in an advertisement! Though it would have been nice if they didn't kill him :(
...
Perhaps someone that spends too much on youtube!
A longhair in an advertisement! But why did they have to kill him?!?!?
And I DO spend too much time on Youtube... But I did see this clip first on Finnish TV...
So the point is you spend too much time watching Finnish TV.
Not wearing a seatbelt is considered by many to be irresponsible, so they get an irresponsible LONGHAIRED male teenager to make a point that he not only does not care about safety, but he does not care about his appearance either ... and of course teen boys are more irresponsible than teen girls.
I thought that he was well groommed and his hair looked great, but I think the creators of the ad thought and meant otherwise.

Honestly, who gives a sh*t about a longhair male getting killed in the accident? It's just pure coincidence I'm sure, nothing to get your panties in a bunch over.
It made you look ignorant posting that video too, you're no different than some black guy playing the race card saying "how come the black dude gets killed in the accident and not those old white dudes? thats racist!"
.
Well, that apparently used to happen. I've noticed this sort of thing long enough to think there's some truth to it--I might not call it a "conspiracy", just a current of thought that goes unquestioned as if it were obvious. Sometimes the "prejudice" card is the right one to play.

Obviously the Hair Nazis made this commercial. I don't think it was coincidence.
Anybody who doesn't realize there is a campaign to defame longhairs is a fool. It's sorta like the "Uncle Toms" of the black community.

The portrayal of a long haired guy is yet another example of media bias against those who are a little bit different from the boring conservative norm.
It was no accident but deliberate the same as the car crash - the inherent message in the tv ad is saying anyone with long hair is a stupid unintelligent goose.
I'd like to think when the poor guy hit his head that his hair maginally helped him absorb the hit more so then a buzzed potato head.

I think maybe that since this commercial is from Finland, it may be that it's just coincidence the boy has long hair. He looks very well-kempt and nicely dressed. I've always heard long hair is very popular there, and that even in the Finnish military service, a haircut is not absolutely required, but is suggested.
