It is now 3 months 1/2 that I didn't have a haircut. I am feeling that I am entering a new stage. My hair isn't really short, my hair reaches over my ears, you can see that I am going for long hair. When I wash my hair, I am very satistfied about my growth process. May you wash your hair every day? I am using Redken and I am very happy with that shampoo. This board is really a motivation for long hair and more and more I am convinced to go for shoulder length!!
It doesn't cost anything to try other routine, like every two or three days ;)
May i add a few questions of my own here?(i'm new here and i thought it'll be better than starting a new thread when everyone is asking about the same thing.)
What do you guys do when you are not shampooing them? Do you simply rinse with water or leave them dry? i have 8 months of length( to my lips) and i just can't stand the water rinse - makes my fine hair limp and oily and leaves a plethora of sensations for my sensitive scalp.
Viviens right and as for myself i wash about 5 out of 7 days but that's personal preference as I have oily hair. Try skipping a day and see what happens. Being a longhair is about experimentation as much as getting advice.
Give it a try
