It seems to be growing again!
Actually I been taking better care of it using some of the stuff I learned here on the hyperboard, thanks guys. It still seems a bit frizzy but I guess that's just my hair type. It's gotten a lot better though.
I am making a sincere attempt to catch up with some of you, I only thought I had longhair. :-)
BTW this is my "make my day" look, lol.

Hi Paul. I love the waves. My hair should look like yours when I reach your length (although mine would be a little darker). Like you, I do have frizzles on the top of my head which will not go away.

I have had long hair for a long time but there was never a lot of communication about hair with other longhairs. There was a lot of stuff I never knew.

Looks great Paul, and hope you do get some extra growth as some more lengh would suit you very well. It really only takes a few extra minutes a day to care for extra long hair, and once one gets use to it there is no problem to maintaining a healthy mane.

I certainly don't mind the few extra minutes it takes, I just remind myself how much time those shaved heads take to shave their heads each and every morning, jeeze! Now THAT's a lot of maintenance!

It stopped growing? I'm not sure hair stops growing. It may fall out for various reasons or break but it continues to grow I believe. It looks good though so keep growing.

Oh, I know it don't stop growing! lol.
It hasn't gained any length in the last 3 or 4 years, until now. It's been breaking off because I wasn't really taking the couple extra minutes I should have when brushing it. Also I was brushing it wet.
I'm still modifying my routine but what I've been doing seems to be working.
I was wondering just how long your hair is?

Yeah, I noticed the difference between those pics too. My color is
usually called "strawberry blond". I work a lot outside so it gets bleached a little by the sun.
I think the avatar pic has too much red in it. The color in these pics is closer to reality but I think it has a little more red.
When I went through basic training in the army, I had to cut it all off and it was very red! My dad didn't recognize me!

I was stationed in Germany in 81 and 82. I loved it, the land is beautiful and the people are friendly and sensible. German beer just rules! I always wanted to visit it again.

There really isn't a lot of communication among us outside of this board concerning hair and hair related issues. It just seems like a taboo subject. This site is a breath of fresh air for us.
