Hello everyone,
I need to make an update ive grown my hair quite a bit but thats for later. I just became a waiter at IHOP in the morning and im really afraid my hair is going to end up in some ones food and i can put it in a tail just yet, and i hate gel. Anyways my question was, how can i get my hair to stay put a little so i dont have to cut it. Any special spray that wont ruin my hair would be cool and somthing that would ruin my curls.

Try wetting it a little and then using some mousse. Apart from that, perhaps some sort of head band would be a good idea.
Hey, abefsg. Consider wearing a hair net. They are barely visible, hold the hair neat, keep your head cool, and would show management and customers you care.

Brush before each shift. If you don't like the look of a hairnet, maybe there is an official cap that you can wear as part of the uniform.
Anybody's hair can fall out, and I've had several occasions of finding *short* hair in food... usually after I've eaten a substantial portion of it. Yuck.
I wonder if this is why the traditional chef's hat came to be...
That's probably the best solution as I'm sure there are IHOPer hats available. What do the cooks wear when preparing the food?
Hmmmmmmmmm, well you have to get your protein somewhere and what not a better way than by eating shed hair!Well, maybe not.LOL
I'm sure it was as back in the day didn't some guys wear there hair longer?
Hi
There is an alterative you could wear a hat to control your hair thats what i do rather than putting it in a ponytail

Hey I'm surprised they at IHOP didn't suggest one of the options you can read about here. I thought it was usually part of the food industry.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions i will definitly take them into consideration to see what i should do.
