The main reason for my disastrous action was that the ends of my hair were starting to get extremely dry and coarse,and I wasn't even able to put it in a tail,as it would cause further damage.Secondly,as most of you already know,It is obligatory for brazilian citizens to enlist for army training,and there's a strange talk of discrimination towards long haired guys,and that they are selected to serve the army just for the stupid army dudes get a chance of shaving our beloved locks,which in my opinion is a crime(government doesn't care).Anyways,I hope I am not picked up to serve the army,as it would only slow down the growing process of my hair,and possibly ruin my life big time.Hope you guys are doing well,and I am most likely not to be attending this board for some time,until I am at least at shoulder length again,or something of the sort(it sucks to see all of you growing awesome heads of hair while I'm stuck in this stupid awkward stage).Wish you all the very best,and keep your respective inspirational heads of hair growing strong,while ignoring what other people say about it(ignorants).You guys rock!Take care everyone =)
Ps.:I am NOT posting a picture of my present appearance,as I want to be remembered for what I was,and not the freak I am nowadays.I will always be a long hair in my heart,and hope you guys and gals will still be here when I come back(if I do),for I am very fond of this board.

Dude, that really sucks about the whole military deal. its bad that their discrimination forced you to cut your locks. I always thought your hair looked really cool on you, but I guess there are some circumstances you just can't avoid. Well, good luck man! hope all goes well, and we'll see you here again!

as you have been a great friend to this board.I fully understand
where you are coming from as I hold nothing against you for cutting.
Hopefully you can avoid the military service and can restart your journey
soon.Even though I have never met you in person I feel like you are a true
friend:) I've always enjoyed reading your posts and look forward to the day
when you will be back.I know you will be back because you belong here buddy.
