i have lots of respect for men who keep long hair especially now a days where they have to conform to rules in the work place, i say we are all individual let it be x
Thank you for your support, Gina. The "let it be" is the ideal of the few, sadly. The majority never likes the free-minded but, oh well, I guess we should be consoled that it only adds to our courage and uniqueness. Conformism, if you think of it deeper, is a refined form of cowardice.
Conformism is a form of cowardice. Classic.
Sounds like a good tee-shirt idea.

It is always welcome to hear support. Even when in my arrogance I don't think I need it anymore. You help me realize that I do. ... Crap I'm still human ROFLMAO.
Peace
I`m finding it particularly interesting the different responses I am getting whilst I grow my hair long. People check my notes with more attention when I pay for goods, store detectives follow me around the store more often and I love every minute of it! It gives you a broader appreciation of how different people are experienced in life. Thanks for the appreciation.
Hello everyone,
Thanks to my Asperger's syndrome, I do not notice any of that. Maybe it doesn't happen so much in Montreal, as I am not the only one with long hair, and Montreal, being a college town with four universities, anything goes, and people are used to unconventional appearances.
