I finally took a picture of my hair at a dry state in the sun... It contrasts a lot from its lenght when it is wet. If anyone knows for to improve its condition it is much appriciated as well. =]

Nice curls, your hair looks great. With added length it will straighten out a bit, giving a more wavy look. Keep it growing for sure.

I don't see anything wrong with your hair.
If your mean the size of your hair, you can improve that in two ways.
1: By growing it longer so the gravity will pull on it.
2: Maybe you can try some leave in conditioner.
