Just your favorite conditioner and a brief discription of why.I know this has probably been done before but maybe there are someupdates
I favor Nexxus Humectress with a little silk drops for the ends.
I've yet to buy one to be honest. I'm just about to move by the sea so i guess I'll need to really look after my hair more now. Any tips on choosing one? Or will any do..
Hey Roaming Celt
I would be inclined to try Aussie Conditioner, at least as a basic starting point. All of this hair care takes a bit of experimenting until one lands on what works best for them. But Conditioner is the most important thing of all for the hair.
Best of luck to you with your move.
Justin~
Thanks Justin.
Will definitely look into Aussie. I like the sound of their leave in conditioner. Seen your pic without beard, wow... You look 25 haha...
Peace!
I am a new fan of MopTop.
I sent away for it, but all of the products in the line are free of the bad stuff and you only use the tinyest bit.
Here is a link to the line:

I have also used a rather expensive line of Pureology, and the conditioner for "color treated hair" which is extremely gentle. Smells great. Must have mint in it, and in a few minutes, your scalp can really feel it!
A much cheaper alternative to these, which I like, is Bed Head, Moisture Madness, available at Costco, and works great, no bad stuff in it.
I am wondering what you all favor as well.

I prefer Matrix Sleek Look...it is a bit pricey but is concentrated so lasts a long time. I have curly hair and this particular conditioner seems to moisturize my hair better than most I've tried. I also use the Matrix Sleek Look shampoo. I do recommend a serum to help lock in moisture after shampooing and conditioning.
Aussie Moist, smells good and affordable.

Suave. It's just like the commercials used to say. Inexpensive and better than the salon products -- for me any way. I have tried different, more pricey conditioners, and nothing works as well as Suave.

As far as I am concerned, then are all the same. Both my local drugstore chains have promotionals, offering free samples of various hair cair products, offering a rebate if you send in the proof of purchase via e-mail.
What I notices, is the brands come and go, allways to the confusion of the consumer.
I use hsampoo about 4 times a year. I find shampooing with conditioner is best for me. It never strips all the oil out of the hair and only takes out the dust and dirt.
I say use the cheapest conditioner you can dind, and a free one if preferable. Then I use a little of whatever brand of detangler, or leave in conditioner. Sally's has a generic. Garnier has a good one.
Next month there will be new brands, new promotions.

I tend to just buy the second cheapest thing on the shelves when I run out. I've tried various different 'types', such as the ones for 'dry' hair, or 'straight', but I haven't noticed much difference between them. For a brand, I do find VO5 makes my hair nice and oily, then lovely smooth. But ultimately, for me, price makes decisions on my behalf.
Nutrogena makes some really nice conditioner that works well in my hair. However it seems to have dissapeared form the shelves lately
