It was a lovely spring day over here if a little cold, but I managed to get a pic of me outside instead of sat in front of my computer. I fiddled with it a bit, but I like the 70's vibe of this one, Allman Brothers watchout :-)
cheers everyone, Dave
Dave

Glad you're still enjoying the picture, by the way, do you have that image of you holding it? as I lost lots of my work and images before christmas and that was one that went and I would love to get it back again.
Cheers bud, Dave
Hi Davieeeee!

Mark
Thats the one, thanks a lot Mark!!
Lookin' good, Dave... very cool picture. It's still a bit chilly up here in northern Wisconsin, but warmer weather is just around the corner.
--Val
Yep chilly here too, but the trees are popping into life and the countryside is looking greener, so as you say good days round the corner.
Cheers, and thanks mate
Dave
Hi Dave,
What a great picture and a great composition. You make this photographer jealous with that pic. Like you I've been out and about this weekend enjoying the longer day even if a bit cold and I forgot to take my camera.
Now I know I've got some competition from yonder past the West Midlands.
Great pics mate.
Cheers,
John.B
Thanks John, very nice of you to say so sir. Hope you enjoyed a great weekend, and for me well right now I am enjoying a glass of Hedge Monkey ale :-))
Cheers Dave
Good for you and enjoying a bottle of Merlot here...hick!
Great photo, Dave !!
We have had an early spring here in the desert with most spring and wild flowers already in bloom. Had to come in for a nap though...my thermometer is reading 103 in the sun !!
Tip an extra bottle of that ale for me, please !!
Walter
Hi Walter, 103 !! wow thats HOT, we never get that even in the height of summer. I opened another bottle just for you :-)
~ Dave
...and the same thermometer is reading 40 this morning. We had a pretty nasty system move through here with high winds and quite a temperature drop. Huddled next to the fireplace with hot coffee this morning. AH!, The joys of desert living. Should be around 80 today.
Keep the ale flowing....
Hey Dave! Happy spring!!! What a pic to celebrate...love that 70's look; you carry it off sportingly indeed. That's a killer shot of you. Thanks for sharing and for your motivation as always.
Cheers,
Maxie-babes
Hey there Big buddy, hope all is well and that spring is springing where you are. Take care and thanks for your reply.
~ Dave
Wow Dave. That is a fantastic photo!!!!!!!! Just amazing and as you say it is as if was from the 70's which were such great years.
You look a bit like John Lennon in this one to myself.
Take care Dave and thanks for letting us all see this "art photo" of the highest quality.
Justin~
Thankyou Justin, sometimes straight updates can be a little 'routine', so I like to have fun, as I know you do with your photographic tinting skills.
See you around and happy spring days and peace brother :-)
~ Dave
Thanks Jann very much.
~ Dave
Excellent photos, Dave! You did capture a definite vibe in both; I really like it! Perhaps as much Blue Oyster Cult and Skynard as Allman Brothers ;-)
MB
thanks Matt, although if I remember correctly the BOC boys had frizzy hair-dos!!
cheers Dave
BOC would wear the large aviator sunglasses though, thus the association.
ahh, top of the class sir, top of the class.
Hi Dave,
What a cool photo, and you always have the most artistic way of displaying your mane. Happy Spring to you as well!
Cheers,
David
Thankyou David, I hope all is well with you and yours, great to hear from you.
Cheers Dave
Brilliant photo Dave. I would take one here but we just had a minor early spring now storm so winter is not dead yet.
Cheers
Kevin
Thanks Kevin, hopefully spring will spring soon in your neck of the woods.
~ Dave
Hi Dave. Nice looking wavy hair in an old-fashioned style photography. The style of the photo reminds me of early 1900's, when color photos have not been invented yet.
Here in Seattle, we are having quite a cold, cloudy spring so far (and we got a bit of snow yesterday morning).
Matthew
Thanks Matt, hopefully things will warm up soon, keep the hair growing and flowing mate.
~ Dave
Nice picture Dave, it's great the weather get's better.
Over here in Holland we had some nice days as well, good to run or get my bike.
I love cycling, when I visited the Netherlands on business I loved their attitude towards it, and there were many lovely young ladies astride bicycles too.
~ Dave
Hey it looks good, well done.
Here's one of me just out of the shower.
Cool, keep it growing.
~ Dave
looking awesome, as always. the hair looks pretty sweet, too. :)
Hiya nic, thanks very much, hope all is good in your world :-)
You know, Dave, sometimes I wish I had hair like yours. At the length you have now, it looks magnificent. The texture looks great, too. I like the b/w effect. Hope you're doing well, Dave!
