Cant decide if I should try to go ahead and try to do a ponytail yet or not. The back is just long enough but the bangs are about 4 inches away. The back held together looks about as long as headbangers tail in his post on down the page (Paul Revere). Guess I'm getting anxious about going ahead and doing it. Thoughts?

I have a partial ponytail right now, and it looks okay. In a high wind, I still have a ton of hair in my face, but it mostly stays put inside. Looks a little better at work too.
Go ahead, give it a try. Hair ties are cheap. What's the worst thing that could happen?

worst thing that could happen is you sleep on a industrial size blender and it gets turned on...
so dont sleep on no blenders..
as for the tail.. i think its one of the FF games that has a guy with that style.. he has 2 bunches of hair comming from his bangs.. like you would normaly have if you part in the middle.. the rest is in a ponytail.. looks good on him anyways ;p
I think you are getting a little ahead of yourself, but try it, and remember not to sleep on a blender!
Go for it. You'll have bangs, but you'll at least have a tail.
