Hello to all-
I recently shaved my head to a number 4. I have decided to begin the journey for long hair again. I am looking at it as a "spiritual" journey. I enjoy this board and the recommendations of the board veterans. I will post a picture at my 4 month period, I am hoping to have shoulder length hair and a tail. I know it will take at least 18 months, but I am graced by thick full hair. I really beleive a vitamin suplement of biotin really helps. I also eat mainly vegetarian and run many miles every other day. All the best!
