...it's amazing how far people will travel for a beer festival!
It was great to have Kevin.C come over for a brief visit and as you can see we visited the Reading Beer and Cider Festival this weekend and had a make over!
Over 150 beers to choose from...hick!
Hope you have a safe trip home mate.
Cheers,

It helps with the double vision!
Looks like you guys are having such a great time and it is always fun when fellow long hairs get together. Nice photos and with 3 eyes maybe you can spy where the flu is "lurking?"
They have closed the school systems here for the next two days because of this flu. Funny thing is not one single person in the area has been reported even having it. Oh dear, I must find my face mask before going to the gym. One must stop breathing now to be "safe." LOL
Take care all. :-)

There are cyclops and there are tri-clops :)

All kidding aside: lookin' good there, John!

The Demon Barbers sound good. Ironic name, though. It makes me realise how starved of proper English folk music I am in the US.
Great photo!
So much beer and so little time...

Hey John, it looks like you guys had a great time. Wow, 150 beers to choose from. Even one small sample of each of them would leave most people sprawling.

That's a WONDERFUL pic of our illustrious MLHH President sandwiched between 2 questionable-looking characters, John ("a rose between 2 thorns", as the saying goes) - LOl!!
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun!!
A friend of mine recently just came back from some Beer festival up in No. Calif. (in the little rinky-dink town of Boonville, not far from the coast). He kept telling me, "You should go sometime! You should go sometime!"
I had to remind him: "I'm a non-drinker, Jordan, --- so, I'm afraid I'd be pretty boring company."
"That's OK', he said, "Everyone else around you would be drunk; so, they wouldn't remember you were there, anyway!"
- Ken
It was a very similar situation back in my Navy days. Have never been much of a drinker (and yes, you CAN be a sailor and not get drunk), so one of my favorite entertainments during port visits was watching all the other squids getting drunk and stupid. People do some very amusing things when they're under the influence, and you get to remind them all of it later... :D
Oh yes I remember that one and we were quite plastered by then.
ROFL
Yes indeed a good day and we certainly has a good few ales and from quite a fw breweries. Still 12 months for your liver to recover!
Finland anyone...grin!
Cheers,
