Hey guys. Here's 13 months of growth from a buzz cut :)
All pics of are my hair washed with only water for 3 days, airdried, and finger combed.
Can't wait til I reach my mini goal of 18 months haha.
Hi Adam. I love how your hair curls up. I have some waves in my hair, although it is not as curly as yours. It is amazing how much curls you can get with just over a year of growth.

Hahaha. Thanks Mogh! My hair has JUST started looking somewhat MANAGABLE. Geez it's still very wild and hard to tame.
If I can make it through the awkwad stage anyone can :)

Thanks, White Tail! I have just started using this routine. I hope that instead of shampoo and conditioning tice a week that I can get it down to only once a week. :) Of course, with more length that's possible, at least for me.

I'm really hoping my hair starts showing length instead of getting "bigger", thanks to the curls, haha.
Looking good! My hair is not too far behind you. I have curls as well and my hair looks like yours at 10 months.

Adam it looks great. Great length and curls. HOw long do u want ur hair to get? Mine is mid back. Can u do the ponytail yet?

I can't tail it completely. I can do a high half-tail which is how I'm wear it now.
That is great u can do with the high half tail. I am almost to that myself. My goal is mid back but like u ill prob go to waist too. It looks amazing. U should try straightening ur hair? Maybe ull be able to pull it all back then once?
I would never straighten my hair. But, if I did I could probably fit in a high full tail, but just barely.
Thats great. Im looking forward to seening more progress pictures. The curls are great once again keep it growing. Do the girls like urhair?

And girls started likeing the hairafter it starting getting curly around 11 or 12 months so just recently
Before that I got a lot of negative comments because my hair was even worse...
I see thats great tho the more positive feedback you get on it the better. Any advice for me? IM growing mine out from a buzz too?

How many months of growth are you going through?
My advice is to just take care of it when it gets to about 6 months start taking conditioning seriously.
Now at 13 months I only shampoo and condition twice a week. Water only wash the other days.
You can start skipping shampoo and conditioner days when you get to around 6-8 months. So that the natural oils stay in your hair. The days off the Shamp and cond you can water only wash but also scrub the scalp lkike you're using shampoo.
Everybody has their own routine, though. haha
