What type of hair do you have? What type do you like or you wish to have?
What about colour?
I have straight hair. I like it but sometimes I wish I had it wavy or a little curly. (Not too curly)
My hair's naturally black but recently i've been dying it dark red. Planning to dye it a lighter shade of red or black with some blond stripes. I like a lot blond hair but sadly I doubt that colour would look good on me and plus at the hairsalon they said i'd need to bleach it 3 TIMES to make it blond. That's like killing my hair! So i guess i won't dye it completely blond, but a couple of stripes wouldn't hurt my hair so much.
What about you guys? :D
I'll just say a picture says a 1000 words :-)
Ooh,I like your hair a lot. :D
And there's nothing better than long grey hair. I really like it and I'm looking forward to get older and finally get it. ^_^
My dad was growing out his hair before he died one month ago. His hair was great,it was grey with some white hightlits.
Hey john, your hair looks GREAT!!! Mine is pretty wavy too especially when I let it dry with out putting it in a tail. Anyway, looks cool and hope your good. Take care!
John, Several thousand words actually but for short your hair is simply gorgeous!
peace, jonalbear
I like it. Looks great. I now see the coolness of Silver!!!
If I were to choose a hair type...I think I would go for the Viking look. (Zakk Wylde is my hero) Long slightly waivy blond hair.
Although I do like the colour of my own hair...but I always liked the look of fine hair. I have quite thick hair.
Ill stick with my own then.
My hair is medium brown and slightly wavy. If I had a wish, it would be auburn and a little wavier.

I have curly hair that is dark. In a dark room it looks black, but in the sun it looks brown. I like to think of my hair as "special dark", like the chocolate.
I like my hair, but I would at this moment rather that it was wavy or even straight. But I'm in the awkward stage of growing out my hair, which really seems to be pretty much most of the growing out process for us curlys. I wouldn't mind as much however if my hair was curly blond like my brother's.
I would rather have hair that is straight and black.

What about colour?
Really I would take your red wavy, anyday, so hot
If I could somehow choose a natural coloration for myself, somehow be genetically re-sequenced, I would choose to be blond -- light blond at that and wavy too. I guess I'd need blue eyes to go along with it too though. And a blond beard. Think "Mighty Thor."
But I'm satisfied with my curly dark brown hair, brown eyes, and so on -- it's very Greco-Roman. I'd never resort to bleaching or the like.

I have straight hair, but I make it wavy by braiding it when it is wet and taking it out when it is dry. It also solves the problem of how to dry your hair after washing it.
Hmm...I heard it's bad to braid or tie in a ponytail hair when it's wet cause it might cause breakages...isn't it true?
Just wondering.
It's ok as long as you don't do it too tight. If when you take your hair out of the braid or tail, a lot of loose hairs come out, then you know you've damaged it. If only a few hairs come out, that's normal -- they would have come out anyway.
Not from my experience. It's also been said that it's not good to brush when wet for the same reason. But usually when I wash my hair I need to brush and braid/tail it right away and get on with life. I have never had any issue that could be atribited to fixing up the wet hair. Also I find in my case that it's easier to braid when my hair is at least damp, than it is when it's dry.

I'll second that. I brush and plait my hair when it's wet and haven't noticed any problems with it - reached waist length in about four years. My hair's a lot easier to brush when wet than when it's dry and combing causes more snarls than brushing.
I like my hair as it is, but I would have more thickness on my right side. It is curly and in the awkward stage.

Mine's blond, fairly fine and slightly wavy.
I always wanted dark curly hair when I was younger, but, to be honest, I'm pretty happy with what I've got now, especially as I'm one of those lucky blondes who tans.
I have dark brown wavy/curly hair.
Pictured is what I wish I had.
(Striaght black hair)

I have wavy-curly dark brown-black hair (depending on who's looking and the light). I wish my hair was easier to keep in control, but keeping it conditioned helps a lot. Not that that makes it much easier to put up.

ive got dark brown/light brown/black/red hair (depending on the light and time since combing, i usually look like i have highlighs in my hair. if i could choose i would either have curly hair with the same color, or have hairfreaky's hair (the best hair i have ever seen.)
