Some of my favorite hair length milestones:
When it will hide your ears.
When you can see the sides hanging as you bend forward.
When you can tuck it behind your ears.
When you can hang it over the back of a high back chair.
When you have to flip it out after pulling on a sweater.
When you have to decide whether to wear in front of your shoulders or behind.
When you can pinch it in the pit of your elbow.
Anybody got any others?

How about:
When sitting on it is a real problem.
When it brushes the back of your knees.

Here is another one: When your hair gets caught in the crevices on door knobs.
Gosh, I hate the design on some door knobs, definitely not long hair friendly. Some have intricate designs that can snag hair.

first ponytail
kinda bad but those first couple insults, once you get past the first couple without cuting its really confidence boosting
first girl wanting to braid/whateverelse your hair
first blowing your hair out of your face
When I take a shower and remain wet for 2 hours afterwords.
When my partner braids it or twists it when I fall asleep during movies.
When my Cat Chewbacca wants to bat my hair like string!
Accidentally eating your hair for the first time, that was a new experience. How did hair get there? LOL
First real tangle for me today :)
When you can't tilt your head forward because your hair's caught between you and the back of the chair.
When your cold wet hair slaps onto your bare back after a shower.
ah i used to like it in the fall and the winter months when you step outside and you hair just covers your neck and face and you feel an overall warmth and not just that the cool air blowing your hair around!
When it gets caught under your arm.
When it flips around on a windy day and hits you in the eye! ouch.
When your kids hugs you and you can't move your head because they have your hair pinned.
When people start saying, "I used to have hair that long." (yeah? show me a picture.)
When you accidentally shut the car door on it.
But best of all; When you look in the mirror and say, "Hell yeah!"

Was happy first time I could get mine to stay behind the ears when not in a pnoytail. Still a part of the front that wants to come out of the holder when I have it pulled back, but learning to accpet that it wont be too much longer before it will stay. More to come. I now have about a 6" ponytail and when loose in front hangs down to about my shoulderblades. Have a great week all.
