im getting ready to Apply there has anyone ever had any problems with them about long hair on a guy?
-------------------------------------------------
As far as I know Walmart is longhair friendly. There was this rather hefty longhair guy that I had seen there every time I went shopping at the local store. He was not wearing a typical Walmart ID of any kind. Deductive reasoning tells me that he was part of the store security team. I have also seen male sales clerks with long hair as well. You should be alright.

Target and Wal-mart are pretty lenient on the hair front. There are a few people at my local store that sport dyed mohawks, and a long-haired friend of mine works at Target.
There is no Wal-mart where I am. There is a Target and I've seen at least one longhair working there.
Thanks for the Reply and the good news about Wal-mart
Hi Brad,
At the local Wal-Mart, here in Halifax, NS, about a 10 minute walk from where I live, I have seen several of their employess with long ponytails, mid back or longer, so at least my Wal-Mart is long hair friendly!
Hope this helps,
David
With my experience as a Walmart shopper, over a thousand miles south of Nova Scotia, in Georgia, there are various long-haired guys I have noticed working at Walmart. It doesn't seem to be a problem with them. Of all the things Walmart is in a negative sense, they are not discriminatory when it comes to hiring based on appearance.
There are two Walmarts that we go to the most close to our house. We have seen a couple of long hairs (at least mid-back). I believe you will be fine. Good Luck!!
