I went to Ireland and Scotland again with a little bit of north England and Amsterdam, Netherhlands and figured id show off my hair at 28 months. I wont be doing a real update till March 2010 though at 3 years growth. I would rather just show alot of progress over a longer period of time versus every few months like I use to :)
ps: heres the link to see the rest of the pictures of my whole trip and the woman and other boy in the pics are my mom and brother btw: heres the link to it

my tail at 28 months growth
Hi Mark S,
Now that is what I call a real thick ponytail! Did you grow the hair all one length ? Anyway your hair is looking swell. And whose tomb is in the crypt? I feel that it is somewhere in Scotland judging by the stone walls surrounding it.
Duncan
oh yea thats in Ireland at the Jerpoint abbey in central east part of Ireland very old castle it is! and thanks for the comments . yea my tail is super thick because of my wavy/curly hair haha but i love it :) hope all is well my Aussie friend cheers from the Scotsman!
Hey Mark!
Dude, killer pics, I'm jealous of that trip. Your hair looks like it growing along nicely, though, healthy too. Looking forward to your 3 year update, Mark!
Hegg
hey thanks alot Hegg! yea Ireland and Scotland are very beautiful to see indeed! your 3 year update was killer man, so I def cant wait for mine either :) hope all is well bro take care man!
Hi Mark S. Lovely scenery in the countryside in the pics there my friend. I do agree with you that updates every 4-6 months or so,are often better in that it doesn't put as much a burden on the MLHB system. Long hair definately suits you - you look a real Scot Highlands warrior.
The person who took the photos did a good job.
Cheers,
Duncan
hell yea Scottish warrior! lol thats awesome dude and yes my family is from the Highlands a proud Highlander here :D
Great hair,looking really nice!
Sometimes I wish mine was wavy. :(
Keep on growing!
-Andrea
hey thanks alot! yea having wavy hair in the middle stage was very hard, but it paid off by just letting it grow and grow and now im enjoying having long hair :)
Hi Mark. I have took a quick look at the trip photos and it is interesting to look at the different castles and Ireland/Scotland in general. However, the skies there are pretty much cloudy, and I like hot weather. As for your hair, your hair appears a bit straighter than mine but otherwise similar. Do the ends of your hair form loops and ringlets? Mine do.
Matthew
hey thanks Matt! yea my hair does form loops at the ends making it seem like my hair doesnt grow as much as it use to but it is just takes more time to show length I guess
Your hair's looking real good. The length it is right now already looks really nice. Keep it growing and it will look even better.
thanks Garth! hell yea I want it double the length it is now so ill def keep growing it out! thanks for the comment dude :)
Wow Mark, Your hair has come a long way. It looks awesome!
Keep it growin' n flowin'!
peace, jonalbear
hey thanks Jonal! I think me and you have very similiar hair types and I think mine looks like yours almost in your avator so hopefully in the next year or so mine will start looking like yours :)
Sneaking up on three years already !?? Wow..
Your hair is looking great and I am extremely jealous of your travels.....
Thanks for Sharing
Walter
thanks White Tail! yea it was one hell of an adventure just sad I had to leave it lol, and yea my next update will be my 3 year update this coming March cant wait!
Thanks for sharing the update and the beautiful photos from your vacation. I´ve been there 10 years ago and I really like the country.
thanks alot Vincent! really sorry things screwed up and we couldnt meet up but hopefully next time we do my friend, cheers!
Your hair looks fantastic, Mark. It is thick and full. Despite being a bit stormy, it looks like you had a great time in Europe. The images of ancient castles, churches, and graveyards are cool. I am sure the cool temperatures there sure beat the heat and humidity of Mississippi. Great update, and keep growing that mane.
Scott
thanks Scott! yea it sure does beat the weather here in Mississippi since it was always cool and cloudy I love the European weather way much more :)
Wow, great update Mark! Both your hair and the scenery/backgrounds of the photos look great. It sounds like a fantastic trip that you were able to take - I'm jealous! I've only been to Europe once but would like to go again at some point.
Your hair is really thick and healthy giving you so much potential for much longer lengths. Awesome!
thanks alot Jason! yea Europe was great dude I didnt want to leave lol, and I def plan to have double the length now if not more :)
Hey Mark, you're looking badass mate, BIG difference and the longer it gets definately the better it looks on you. You must be pleased?
Scotland's a beautiful place, hope you had a great time.
Cheers and keep it growing
~ Dave
cheers Dave! yea Scotland was very beautiful indeed and my family is from the Highlands I just love it there! and your also looking badass these days I cant wait to reach your length in the next year or so!
Looks awesome !! Great progress man
hey thanks Tes! yea with more length the more greater it will look indeed
Great update Mark!
Looks like you had a wonderful time. My brother lives in St Albans (North of London) and I do make it out that way once in a while.
I've always gotten a kick out of the 3-400 year old graffiti you find chiseled on the walls of these old castles and cathedrals.
- Oren
hey thanks Oren! yea seeing the old castltes is breath taking in person versus seeing em on tv. Happy growing laddie :)
Hi Mark,
What a fabulous update, and thank you for sharing these photos of your wonderful vacation, and I am glad that you had such a great time overseas! Your hair is so incredibly thick and healthy, and be sure to keep it growing!
Take care,
David

Mark
hey thanks Mark! yea I had tons of fun and didnt want to leave lol, hope all is well my friend and cant wait to see my hair at 3 years growth either :)
Cool pics man!
I think you can truly call yourself a longhair now.
So did you see a lot of "us" over there?
Paul
thanks Paul! oh yea I saw some long hairs esp in the countrysides of Ireland and Scotland. I would say at least 1 out of 50 men had long hair here and there which was pretty sweet!
Mark, what a great set of pictures in your album and here! It looks like you had a great time and you sure covered a lot a ground.
Your hair is looking marvelous and I see waist length, no problem!
Thank you for sharing your journeys with us.
Bruce
hey thanks Bruce! hmm ill def grow it to my lower back that will take me another 2 years probably not sure
Metal Mark!
You're so lucky you travel. I really need to start traveling, I'd love to visit the homeland as well. I hera both Ireland and Scottland are awesome. Hair looks great man, how long are you going for (I've probably asked u this before).
Good to hear from you man
-Phil
hey thanks Phil! hell yea Ireland and Scotland are very beautiful indeed! you must have Irish or Scottish blood aye? im Scottish both grandparents are from the highlands in Scotland. As far as my goal i want mid-lower back area :)
No prob man. That's awesome. Yea I'm of Irish/Scottish/Italian/German decent. Mostly Irish/Scotch, my grandma is off the boat haha. Awesome man, mine's at that point, I'm looking forward to waste length. I gotta go on a vacation there sometime soon man, I heard it's not even that expensive.
-Phil
Ireland is more expensive than Scotland because Ireland is a island by itself vs Scotland being united with other countries so its cheaper there but overall none were too bad at all!
