Just wanted to let everyone know that SamsoKera has uploaded a July 2009 collection of photos of guys with long hair. In the entire collection, there are hundreds (if not thousands) of photos of guys with the most beautiful long hair you'll probably ever see anywhere. His site is a definite "must" for anyone thinking about growing his hair long. The guys in his photo collections are likely to persuade anyone, even the most hardened shorthair, to want to grow his hair long. Each one is an inspiration.

Yes I have seen some of SamsoKera's videos on youtube. Amazing number of photos there! Possibly the biggest archive of mens longhair photos outside of the MLHB site?
My only criticism of the photo gallery is that most of the guys in the photos look like fashion models with a similar hair type to Samsokera. Curly/Wavy hair is terribly under-represented there.
But yeah - a great source of inspiration all the same!

It certainly is a very impressive gallery and is very comprehensive of longhairs that's for sure. But they never asked me to model lol! I've done a few photoshoots with bands and for magazines but these have been covered by publishing rights and not always able to show.

I agree, us curly/wavys are underrepresented. Though I'll have to show the few that are to my wife, to show just how awesome long hair on can be once I'm past the awkward stage.

Thanks MJ for the link. This guys gallery covers all different hair types and is inspiring seeing how different longhair looks and is way way huge compared with SamsoKera website. Still I wonder if he asked these guys if it was OK to snap pictures of them first?

there's only one flaw i think
the hair is all straight (at most, slightly wavy) and all one colour. there's no excitement between the different men, they all have the same appearance. i think that's quite boring because curly hair really gives an atmosphere and can look exciting. these guys jsut look like they all have flat-ironed hair.
It must be that he prefers that type of hair. I often gaze at the pics on Flickr user "ccmanla" (where a good percentage of these pics come from) and he includes curly hair, dreadlocks, etc in addition to straight hair. Evidently SamsoKera downloads and posts just his favorites. Which is fine - its his site.
